Core Service Offering
10X ReUp LLC’s core service of building business credit up to $250,000 at 0% interest is offered on a best-efforts basis. This means 10X ReUp LLC will make every effort to achieve these amounts; however, a client’s personal credit score and history will partially determine the results. By law, 10X ReUp LLC cannot guarantee the amount of credit that will actually be offered to you, regardless of your prequalification.All accounts are subject to lender approval based on credit criteria. $50,000 to $250,000 in business credit is for highly qualified clients over the term of the membership with multiple credit batches and/or lines. Introductory rates of 0% apply to purchases and/or balance transfers, after which it reverts to an interest rate that varies by lender as disclosed in the lending agreement. 10X ReUp LLC is not a lender.
Client Acknowledgements
Clients understand that zero-interest business credit is based on the applicant’s personal credit history and scores. High debt levels, negative banking history, and/or credit impairment may result in clients receiving less zero-interest credit in the first few months and potentially during the membership timeframe.If a client does not wish to continue based on their creditworthiness or inability to qualify for immediate zero-interest funding, they may inform their assigned consultant within the first 60 days of signing up with 10X ReUp LLC.10X ReUp LLC provides a 60-calendar-day, money-back guarantee on its core consulting program. When a client receives a service—such as credit gained or utilizing complimentary services—services will be considered rendered, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
10X ReUp LLC offers a 60-calendar-day refund period to build confidence in working with us. The only condition of the refund is that clients must follow our Terms of Service and Cancellation Process, which is detailed in the Cancellation Policy and Process section below.
Best Practices for Optimal Results
To ensure we can serve you effectively, clients are strongly encouraged to:
Follow all instructions provided by the 10X ReUp LLC team.Refrain from working with other credit-building companies while engaged with 10X ReUp LLC.Refrain from utilizing credit repair companies during the term of service.Refrain from applying for credit independently while working with 10X ReUp LLC.Avoid requesting a refund once the application or negotiation process begins, as this will halt progress and may adversely affect future credit standing and results.
Cancellation Policy and Process
Clients who wish to cancel their membership and request a refund within the 60-day refund period must follow these steps:

The refund will only be processed if the Terms of Service were followed, and no services were rendered. Refund requests submitted outside the 60-day window will not be considered.
