This Privacy Policy applies to 10X ReUp LLC ("10X ReUp," "we," "us," or "our") and governs information collected through:

  • 10xreup.com and related subdomains
  • Forms, applications, and communications submitted through our website or services
  • Services associated with our business funding consulting

Our Services are intended for U.S. users only. If you access them from outside the United States, you consent to your data being transferred and processed in the U.S.

2. Our Business Model

10X ReUp provides:

  • Business funding consulting and advisory services
  • Credit restoration and business credit building guidance
  • Connection to lending partners and funding sources

We do not directly lend money. We act as consultants who help connect qualified clients with appropriate funding sources through our network of lending partners, including CreditLand.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Personal Information

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Date of birth, SSN/EIN, and government-issued identification
  • Bank statements, income data, tax documents, and credit reports
  • Business formation documents and ownership information
  • Application data, underwriting notes, and transaction records

3.2 Non-Personal Information

We also collect non-identifiable information (browser type, referrer URLs, session duration) via cookies and analytics tools to improve our website and services.

  • Directly from you via applications, forms, and calls
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools
  • From authorized third parties, including:
    • Credit Bureaus: Experian and Equifax (soft inquiries only)
    • Payment Processors: Stripe and Fanbasis

We do not sell personal information. Certain tracking used for advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under state law (see Section 12).

6. AI and Machine Learning

10X ReUp uses AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to analyze client data and improve our consulting recommendations. Data used in these analyses is handled securely and vendors are not permitted to reuse or train their general models on our data.

7. Communications and Recordings

  • Calls: We record calls through GoHighLevel for compliance, quality assurance, and training purposes. Recordings are retained for up to three (3) years and may be deleted sooner upon request.
  • Email: Communications are sent via Instantly. Messages may include transactional updates and limited marketing. Use unsubscribe links in emails to opt out.
  • SMS: If you opt in to text messages, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

8. Security and Safeguards

  • Encryption at rest and in transit
  • Secure login protocols
  • Role-based access controls within our CRM
  • Regular security reviews and vendor compliance verification

Data is primarily stored in GoHighLevel, which maintains certified security frameworks.

9. Data Retention

  • Tax, contract, and ledger records: 7 years
  • SMS consent logs (TCPA): 4 years
  • Analytics logs: 12 to 24 months
  • Call recordings: Up to 3 years
  • Support tickets and emails: 24 months

Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed for business or legal purposes.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited data with service providers who perform tasks on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, payments, and support. These vendors are contractually bound to confidentiality and may not sell or reuse your data.

Our current service providers include:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM and communications)
  • Stripe and Fanbasis (payment processing)
  • Instantly (email marketing)
  • Experian and Equifax (credit data)
  • CreditLand (lending partner)

11. Advertising and Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:
